Comment:

 I'm not sure what the reason is, but this change fix didn't force a
 rebuild of this package for me.  It was only after I did some digging and
 noticed this ticket that I used --force and was able to take advantage of
 the fix.   There are probably quite a few other people in the same
 position wondering why w3m and other similar packages won't compile.
