Comment:

 Right, and Lion has been out for over a year, and the proctools port has
 not been updated in 2.5 years. If there were a general problem building
 proctools on Lion we would have heard about it by now.

 I don't have a Lion machine handy, but I checked on Snow Leopard, and its
 tsort behaves the same as mine on Mountain Lion. So I still believe that
 the file /usr/bin/tsort on your system is not the file that should be
 there, and you should replace it from your backups or by reinstalling OS
 X.
