 The pkg generation in MacPorts is very basic; it just gives you an
 installer for the files. None of the pre- or post-install/activate code in
 the portfile is included, because that requires MacPorts to run. A pkg can
 contain scripts, which could create a user, but such a script would have
 to be specifically added.
