I find the community can be a bit risk adverse sometimes. I think it's
best to have fast rolling releases.

I've already updated enough packages to get the newest version of cabal-
install through macports,
I'll attach those files as well.

Done, I would really like commit access, because I've just updated a bunch
of octave ports as well.
