 To compile the swftools, is needed an downgrade to giflib 4.1.6 like this:

 $ svn co
 http://svn.macports.org/repository/macports/trunk/dports/graphics/giflib
 -r80038
 $ cd giflib
 change the master_sites to : 'master_sites
 sourceforge:project/${name}/${name}-${major}.x/${name}-${version}'
 $ sudo port install
