 While ticket #35148 "gegl 0.2.0_0 Syntax error before
 'AVAILABLE_MAC_OS_X_VERSION_10_6_AND_LATER'" is still open, a version
 0.2.0_1 utilising exiv2 was issued, however, this fails with these two
 complaints:

 info:build ../../gegl/property-types/gegl-color.h:110: error: syntax error
 before 'unsigned'
 :info:build ../../gegl/property-types/gegl-color.h:121: error: syntax
 error before 'unsigned'
 :info:build make[3]: *** [gegl-tile-backend.lo] Error 1
