 This patch changes the textmate2 port slightly for IMO better use of the
 github portgroup. It uses the existing github.version variable instead of
 defining a new "rev" variable. And it sets the github.tag_prefix (4th
 parameter of the github.setup invocation) to fix the livecheck.
