 A new version of ACE (and TAO) is available. The update requires just a
 change in version number and checksums, and a few new definitions in the
 config.h file provided as a "pseudo-patch" (a full file in patch format).
 Both Portfile.diff and the complete file config.h in patch format are
 included here.
