 when trying to open a vision2 project , first I get told that there must
 be a precompiled library ... Should the precompile be built? When yes I
 get an error VD00:
 Could not open file /Applications/MacPorts/Eiffel71/library/cocoa/c...

 The cocoa folder is missing!!
