 Well, no. My choice is to either run pymol (using a tcl installed with
 -corefoundation) and not be able to run other applications (R from
 R-framework was the one I found, may be others) that want tcl installed
 with +corefoundation, or to not be able to install pymol but to be able to
 use the other apps.

 In the example I used when I reopened the ticket, I fixed pymol and broke
 R....
