 I don't like when sudo(8) doesn't ask password due security reasons and
 there are many tasks when you need do batch of tasks under root using
 port(1). So I'll try to find way to correct this bug which is bug.

 Any way, there's some interest thing I've found on clean system: if you
 install gettext using sudo(8) and later try to install python (just as
 example) under root, you'll get same error. But if you'll do hack with
 `chmod +s` described above, there'll be no error.
