 Hm. The
 [http://pypi.python.org/packages/source/r/requests/requests-0.14.2.tar.gz
 tarball hosted at PyPI] is missing the `chardet2` package, while the
 [https://github.com/kennethreitz/requests/archive/v0.14.2.tar.gz one at
 GitHub] has it.
