 "`lib:`" dependencies should usually not be used. They allow libraries
 installed outside of MacPorts to satisfy the dependency, and our
 [wiki:FAQ#syslibs policy] is usually not to allow that. So
 "`lib:libnetsnmp:net-snmp lib:libnetsnmpagent:net-snmp`" should be changed
 to just "`port:net-snmp`", unless there is a special reason why net-snmp
 should be exempted from this policy.
