 Bingo, I got a working Virtualbox 4.2.4 reverting apple-gcc42 (it changed
 nearly nothing), cctools* and ld64 to r99021.
 Here's my current setup

 Now we need to track the exact culprit, the dependency chain is ''apple-
 gcc42 > cctools > ld64 > cctools-headers''.
