New description:

 after uninstall the port nmap with zenmap
 I try to re install it but unfurtunaly get an error
 I already clean the port 10 times and nothing work

Comment:

 The interesting line in the log is:
 {{{
 :info:configure checking whether /opt/local/bin/python2.7 version >=
 2.4... configure: error: too old
 }}}

 Obviously the version of /opt/local/bin/python2.7 should be >= 2.4 but for
 some reason configure doesn't think it isn't.

 Could you attach the config.log file? It might shed some light on why this
 check failed. It should be located under the directory identified by this
 command:

 port work nmap
 }}}
