 RDear Takeshi,

 I totally deleted the all the ports installed. Then I reinstall ncarg, I
 find by default, flex port would not be installed.
 I installed flex separately. Now, wrapit77 is compiled.
 So I guess you probably need to specify flex port as a dependency of ncarg
 in the script.
