 install_name is set and _only_ used for that install_name setting.
 Macports could probably perfectly safely set that to ${libdir}, and all
 would be well.  That might even be a clean upstreamable fix, since
 DYLIB_INSTALL_DIR appears to only be for Darwin/OS X, both of which could
 have this problem and for which ${libdir} should eventually be correct.
