 /opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.5/lib/python2.5
 is a symlink (to /opt/local/lib/python2.5). So what's confusing is that
 the port is installing files to
 /opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.5/lib/python2.5;
 it should be installing them to /opt/local/lib/python2.5 instead. Compare
 with other py25 ports.
