 I did read the MisbehavingServers page. I'm not behind a proxy, nor
 getting a bogus DNS lookup, nor using a hotspot/wireless.

 I had look at the Maven2 Portfile and it's trying to pull the bz2 file
 from http://maven.apache.org/download.html. I can access that page without
 problems using a web browser on the same system.

 >What is in the HTML file that got downloaded?
 I'm not sure where to find it?
