 This indeed seems to be a missing dependency, as for example
 {{{
 port provides /opt/local/include/konq_events.h
    /opt/local/include/konq_events.h is provided by: kde4-baseapps
 }}}

 Did you start with a fresh build after having installed kde4-baseapps ?
 {{{
 sudo port clean konsole
 sudo port install konsole
 }}}

 It could also help to provide the full log.
