Comment:

 The section in questions seems to correctly state where to get Xcode for
 the current OS release and that Xcode 4 for SL costs money whereas Xcode 3
 for SL is free. I think this bug can be closed. Feel free to re-open if
 you think the guide needs to be more detailed.
