 Thanks! I committed it in r89888 with a couple minor changes:

  * moved the py-distribute dependency to a `if {$subport != $name}` block
 so it doesn't get used in the stub port
  * reformatted the long_description since `port info` word-wraps it
  * added `supported_archs noarch` because the installed files are
 architecture-independent.
