 The prebuilt tar ball of flann at
 http://packages.macports.org/flann/flann-1.7.1_0.darwin_10.x86_64.tbz2
 does not contain the headers. Very odd. Can you locally edit your flann
 Portfile and increase the revision number and reinstall flann? That would
 force it to build on your machine. Attach the output of that to this
 ticket.
