Comment:

 I just upgraded my "GM-only" Lion machine to XCode 4.3, and I haven't
 installed any iOS SDKs on it, so it's a good way for me to figure out
 exactly what the check should be for "can we build the arm runtimes".  I
 should hopefully have a fix in the next couple days, but if you're anxious
 to get it to build for you, you can just restrict the arm runtimes by
 bumping the required Xcode version in the Portfile.
