New description:

 The attached Portfile.diff updates the pdb2pqr package to the new v1.8
 release.[[BR]]
 It also switches pdb2pqr to use py26-numpy rather than py26-numeric.[[BR]]

 in pdb2pqr is now entirely written in python.
