 Compiling libvpx (as part of ffmpeg) is complaining about a missing file
 "ask_env_offsets.asm" in folder "libvpx-v1.0.0/vp8/encoder/x86". Creating
 it with the content from
 http://webrtc.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/third_party/libvpx/source/config/mac/ia32/asm_enc_offsets.asm
 solves the problem.
