 Attached unified Portfile updated for 0.5.0 with additional support for
 multiple programmers via variants. I think this is a crucial addition.

  * libftdi/libftd2xx dependencies have been cleaned up.
  * parport ist currently only supported on Linux targets.
  * Build tested with +arm_jtag_ew+buspirate+usb_blaster+usbprog.
