 I think demangle.h should also be installed. It's used by a few tool (I
 was trying to compile nmdepend for example).
 I note that several linux distributions install both these. See here for
 example https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/21118
 I guess that libiberty.a should also be installed directly in
 /opt/local/lib/ (as again I note several linux dists do) not something
 like /opt/local/lib/x86_64/
