 I cannot reproduce your issue, I'm on Lion using XCode 4.2.

 What is your setup? (OS X/MacPorts/Xcode's versions)

 From the log it seems your build is missing pieces, make tries to assemble
 libanalyze before building its objects.

 Can you perform
 {{{
 sudo port clean irsim
 sudo port -d build irsim build.jobs=1
 }}}

 and attach the output?

 If you're using Terminal.app there's an ''Export Selected Test As…'' menu
 entry in menu ''File''.
