 'scli' is the "SNMP Command Line Interface". It provides a small and
 efficient command line utility to monitor and configure network devices
 and host systems. It's especially well suited to monitor networked
 printers. scli was written by one of the principal creators of various
 SNMP specifications, Prof. Juergen Schoenwaelder.
