Comment:

 This is a known issue, see #25318, #30932. Please do not set priority to
 high, as this is reserved for MacPorts developers.

 This is not a problem with MacPorts, but the Mono.framework installing
 /usr/bin/pkg-config where it should not. Please file a bug with the Mono
 developers, not us.
