 Requested logs attached. I am using latest (2.0.4) version of MacPorts and
 I have Xcode's "Command Line Tools" package installed. Command "xcode-
 select" says:

 xcode-select -print-path
 /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer
 }}}
 After MacPorts update to 2.0.4 I was able to upgrade outdated packages
 without any problems.
