 The Maxmind GeoIP C library has been updated to version 1.4.8. I've built
 it cleanly on Lion using Xcode 4.3, but note that it barfs if aclocal-1.11
 is active on your system and needs to be deactivated while building. When
 present, aclocal-1.11 causes the configure process to do something...
 odd... and it breaks.
