 Thanks, committed in r88423 with a couple minor changes:

  * dropped the revision line
  * the perl license is `{Artistic-1 GPL}`
  * changed `nomaintainer` to `openmaintainer` (I assume that's what you
 meant...)
  * used sha256/rmd160 checksums
