 You ''do not'' have Xcode installed properly. The way the installer
 determines this is by running
 [browser:trunk/base/portmgr/dmg/InstallationCheck this script]. In your
 case, the test that is failing is that on your system the file
 /usr/bin/xcodebuild either does not exist or is not executable. To fix
 either problem, reinstall Xcode properly.
