 When I try to use bzr on an SVN repo (which is what the bzr-svn plugin is
 for), I get this error:

 bzr: ERROR: Unable to import library "subvertpy": bzr-svn: at least
 subvertpy 0.8.8 is required, 0.8.5 is installed.
 }}}

 And, sure enough, the py27-subvertpy port is at version 0.8.5. Ticket
 #31942 is a request to update py27-subvertpy, but there doesn't seem to be
 any action being taken.
