Comment:

 Hopefully fixed in r88691 (or rather brought back to the (almost) the
 prior 3.0.4 state; I haven't the time tonight to pick apart where all
 things need to be changed for 3.0.7)

 I've kept metis as a variant to enable binary distribution of SuiteSparse
 and py2N-scipy.
