 I can't reproduce this - anyone have any ideas?

 The Portfile uses the python sub-port, so for some reason
 `${python.version}` is being set to `-c` rather than the default of `2.7`.

 Therefore, it would appear to be a MacPorts bug, not a Portfile bug.
 (Unless the portfile is somehow incorrect... but I can't see how...)
