 I've fixed your WikiFormatting above.

 The file /opt/local/share/man/man1/sqlite3.1.gz should exist -- it should
 have been provided by the sqlite3 port. But I'm not sure why apr-util
 cares at all whether or not sqlite3's manpage is there.

 What does "port contents sqlite3" say?
