Maybe, but maybe there's something happening before apr-util that would be
useful to know about (since the reporter isn't specifically requesting it,
but instead getting it as a dependency).

Sure, but that was in the original reporter's command, and we're trying to
replicate the issue (so using the original input isn't a bad idea).
