Comment:

 The CC field must contain complete email addresses. You don't need to Cc
 yourself.

 Please "sudo port clean php5-iconv" and try again, and if it fails again,
 please attach the main.log.

 Could you elaborate on the oracle-instantclient 64-bit issues? I was not
 aware there were any.
