 py-clint could benefit from using the new github portgroup. Attached is a
 patch to do this.

 Note that your custom distname and extract.suffix are no longer necessary,
 but should not be removed unless you also update the version in the same
 commit; no need to force our mirrors and users to re-download the file
 just to give it a new name.

 Consider rewriting your other ports that are hosted at github to use the
 github portgroup as well.
