Comment:

 The log is incomplete so I can't tell if that's the real error or not.
 Clean ("sudo port clean xmms") and try again to generate a complete log,
 which you should then attach here.

 I also see you're using clang. Try [wiki:ProblemHotlist#compiler using a
 different compiler] instead.
