 It seems that the new arpack port is not matching with the slepc port.

     pre-fetch {
         if {![file exists ${prefix}/lib/libparpack.a]} {
             return -code error "Please install the mpi variant of arpack
 first."
         }
     }

 The libparpack.a is not there after I installed arpack.
