 If you are running a released version of Xcode such as 4.0, 4.1, 4.2, or
 4.2.1, then per our [wiki:FAQ#missingxcode FAQ] this means Xcode is not
 installed properly; reinstall Xcode per our guidelines.

 If you are running a pre-release version of Xcode such as 4.3.x then you
 should
 [http://guide.macports.org/chunked/installing.macports.html#installing.macports.subversion
 install the development version of MacPorts from trunk]; MacPorts 2.0.3 is
 not compatible with Xcode 4.3.x.
