 Since upgrading from gv @3.7.2_0 to @3.7.3_0, gv exits immediately with a
 warning and then a segmentation fault:

 Warning: Representation size 4 must match superclass's to override
 highlightedFrameStyle[[BR]]
 Segmentation fault
