Comment:

 Committed in r94916 with these changes:
  * Fixed build environment to use ${configure.cc} instead of hardcoding
 clang
  * Swapped order of  categories as biology is not a primary category
  * Removed redundant distfiles line
  * Removed extra slash between ${destroot} and ${prefix}
  * Used 'make clean' to delete build products
  * Specified license
  * Installed documentation
  * Added cflags so that the build_arch setting is obeyed
