 problem with the libgeoip port. I'm not able to reproduce that problem;
 the checksums seem fine to me, and the file doesn't seem to have been
 updated in a year. Please "sudo port clean --all libgeoip" and "sudo port
 selfupdate" and try again, and if it still doesn't work, please file a new
 ticket about that.

 Success! cleaning and reinstalling libgeoip separately seems to have fixed
 it. 4.1.0 installed without issues. Thanks for the update.
