Comment:

 I've updated my libpng to 1.15.11 with the attached patch. The following
 ports (I had installed) were rebuilt by rev-upgrade and failed against the
 newer libpng:
  - netpbm, fixed by r95205 and r95206
  - scummvm because of a stealth update, fixed in r95207
  - nxcomp, fixed in r95216 and r95217.

 Most "big" and important ports (e.g., qt4-mac, gtk2) rebuilt just fine
 against the newer libpng.
