 I just ran `port_cutleaves` from contrib and rev-upgrade criticized

 Could not open /opt/local/lib/libfftw3.3.dylib: Error opening or reading
 file (referenced from /opt/local/bin/animate)
 }}}

 `/opt/local/bin/animate` is provided by the ImageMagick port, so the
 Portfile should either prevent linking against libfftw or declare a
 dependency on fftw-3.
